Merci pour l'accueil prévenant. Le Hohwald est un paysage attachant, très bien situé pour découvrir l'Alsace. De Strasbourg à Colmar en passant par Obernai, Sélestat, les multiples sites riches en
pierres en histoire et en vignobles de la route du vin, les chateaux, la surprenante montagne des singes, les rives et les barrages du Rhin. Bref, un seul regret, une semaine de séjour c'est trop
court.... -
WE have spend a few wonderful days at Richards place. He welcomed us at our preferred time, was very kind and friendly and even had some bread, juice and milk ready for us to use. The apartment is
small but fully equipped and very clean in a very beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood about 45 km away from Strasbourg. Highly recommendable. -
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très bien pensé, agencé,équipé...bref rien ne manque! :-). De plus sa situation est très propice pour de magnifiques ballades. L'accueil fut

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist optimal eingerichtet und ausgenutzt! Sie ist wunderschön am Wald gelegen. Die Vermietung war total unkompliziert und grosszügig! Wir bedanken uns bei Richard Kieffer!

Accueil très chaleureux, contact très sympathique et organisation "souple". L'appartement est très fonctionnel malgré l'exiguïté de certaines pièces , rien ne manque. Très propre, agréable et calme.
Nous avons également apprécié les quelques spécialités proposées. A refaire. -

Françoise, Richard! Excellent! We spent a wonderful two days in your apartment. On Saturday, the sun was good and we even sunbathed on the terrace. I recall with pleasure your home and meet with you
and once again sincerely thank you. Last but not least thank you for what you are patiently waiting for us and forgive us our very late arrival. On occasion necessarily repeat journey to you :)

We enjoyed our stay at Richard's apartment. His daughter met us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment. Hohwald is a good location for exploring the Alsace region. The apartment is small
but very well appointed. In addition to the well known towns everyone visits, many small town have their own charm and are less crowded! I highly recommend staying at this apartment. -
Francoise and Richard are very nice and were easy to coordinate with. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the mountain air and scenery. The little village is very
beautiful. We were just a short car ride away from beautiful Strasbourg. If you have a car, we highly recommend going to Richard et Francoise. -

a comfortable stay. Breakfast and dinner in its terrace was very nice as well! Will definitely recommend it and will rent it again when we come back to this lovely region! -
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement douillet et bien équipé. L'environnement est bucolique et idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux centres d'intérêt de la région.
Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Richard et Françoise avec des petites spécialités régionales.
Nous avons apprécié les jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants. -
This was a great get-away and place to explore Alsace from! We could explore and walk in the forests but were close enough to Strasbourg and Colmar as well as numerous picturesque villages. The
apartment is efficiently planned and well equipped. We felt very welcomed by Richard and Francoise. I would recommend this apartment highly. -
Small, but well equiped apartment. Nice welcome with cake and bottle of wine. Having breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony is a great pleasure. Beautiful surrounding for walkingtours (mainly in
the forest) and for cycling (especially for well trained cyclists). We made beautifull tours to Strassbourg, Colar, and along the route du vin. Beautiful walkingtours with great views along the route
du crete.

Thanks to Richard, we had some nice days in his small but fully equipped Apartment. I can recommend his place and we are looking forward to come back again.

Kleine aber feine Wohnung wie beschrieben in schönen Le Hohwald. Freundlich empfangen von Vermieter und alles gezeigt bekommen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Wonderful place to stay! The location description, amenities, etc were all accurate and the town was charming. Many shops and cafes were still closed for the winter season, but overall the village
and flat were just as expected. It made for a great holiday. I was late to arrive, but the Kieffers were patient enough to check in on our travels and wait at the door- most appreciated! -

We spent Christmas at Francoise and Richard's place and it was absolutely perfect. They met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. They also were so kind as to leave us some local
specialities such as kugelhopf and a bottle of local wine. They were so welcoming and we really appreciated it. Le Hohwald is a small village in a beautiful setting. The apartment was immaculate, the
parking was easy; exactly what the pictures portray. We will definitely return here if we are lucky enough to return to this beautiful region. -
We have just returned to Canada after a 2 week adventure in France! One of the highlights was staying in the lovely apartment offered by Francoise and Richard Kieffer! It was lovely, clean and had
absolutely everything you could want available. We had a wonderful, warm welcome from our host including a lovelyl welcome gift basket which really made it special for us. We definitely recommend
